The handle waits
For finger grates
From suddenly cold
To warmly bold
Never knowing
How the spigot flows
From the warm hand
That turns it so
But we can see
How the spigot flows
The handle only knows
The warmth we stow
Like some in society
Only a handle to be
Never thinking what they do
Further up the stream
